As we are scaling we are looking for a ‘Talent Service & Operations - Specialist” enthusiast who is ready to handle the employee life cycle responsibilities of our “Talent Service Vertical”  at Infracloud. We are a remote first Organization and we practice asynchronous communication.

About the Role: 


An exciting opportunity has emerged at InfraCloud due to the maturity and evolution of our People & Culture team. We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and manage some of the Talent Service Operations activities.

As a HR Operations Specialist, you are required to provide exceptional service as the first point of contact for all our Infranauts. This includes evaluating and analyzing the request or concern, quickly interpreting the situation, determining the appropriate resolution or escalation, and communicating the resolution to our Infranauts,, consistent with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) core responsibilities. In this role, you will also be responsible for the employee life cycle from Onboarding to Offboarding, maintaining updated Infranauts records be it manually or on the system. Additionally, you will have to document issue resolution thoroughly and in a timely manner and together with this, you are required to process transactions and requests for onboarding, internal movement, offboarding and document management.

To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of the employee life cycle and knowledge of labor legislation.

Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.

What You Will Do:

  • Maintaining an HR system (HROne) with accurate and updated information and experience working in more than one HRIS system would be an added advantage.
  • Initiate background verification on offer letters for new hires
  • Manage the new hire Onboarding process
  • Managing reports requests from stakeholders.
  • Communicate and walk-through processes and other relevant documentation to Infranauts to resolve the query/ issue
  • Assist with data correction or escalate to your Manager, specifically for issues that cannot be resolved through self-service
  • Manage administrative responsibilities for Talent Service and Operations team, within the agreed SLAs.
  • Knowledge of drafting policies and procedures.
  • Manage processes and documentation related to employee lifecycle data
  • Collect data to prepare management reports, as needed, Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
  • Deliver high-quality, professional service to all the stakeholders
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
  • This position will be reporting to the Senior Manager - Talent Service and Operations.

What you will Need : 

  • Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6- 8 years of experience in HR Operations, Data Analysis and dashboards in Excel.
  • A comprehensive and proven experience in fast paced, collaborative working  environment
  • Good knowledge on employment laws of India
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and work effectively within the team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of Labor legislation.
  • An ability to handle sensitive information and confidential information
  • Ability to transform raw data into actionable insight from all sources to find the best and optimized business solutions.
  • Results oriented, hands on, highly organized, able to work independently & to thrive in a VUCA ( Volatile, Uncertain, Complex & Ambiguous) environment.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel is a must. Advanced level excel is an added advantage.
