We are looking for an SEO specialist who will drive the SEO activities for InfraCloud. As a member of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for creating SEO strategies, driving traffic to the website, and driving conversions to maximize ROI on the SEO.

What will you do?

  • Work closely with the marketing team to create SEO strategy.
  • Focus on improving Search Engine Result Pages (SERPs) for the corporate website, including SEO-friendly content creation.
  • Own the content distribution of blogs on various social channels.
  • Increase organic and referral traffic volumes on the company site with the overall goal of increasing conversions.
  • Managing complete onsite optimization (site health, page speed, internal linking opportunities, Identifying target keywords, reviewing meta-data & implementing them) and reporting on performance.
  • Work closely with reporting manager to enable the article writing activities to help build backlinks to the website from high domain authority sites.
  • Conducting ad-hoc competitor research activities, keyword gap analysis, identifying trends and giving appropriate recommendations to marketing teams on the best SEO practices.
  • Updating the website copy according to research done to improve rankings.
  • Monitor and report on KPI's, using Analytics tools, and social insight tools.
  • Generate monthly reports on SERPs and ad-hoc reports required by different stakeholders.

What do you have?

  • 2+ years of proven experience in SEO in B2B IT Industry
  • Demonstrable experience managing SEO, marketing database, link building (organically), email, and social media.
  • Experience with SEO reporting.
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar, and other analytical tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational skills, and data-driven thinking.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best digital marketing and measurement practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent is preferred.
  • Certification in SEO/SEM.
  • Prior experience in a start-up environment is a definite plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and has a knack for SEO and loves researching.
  • Must be comfortable with digital marketing tactics for B2B segment.
