Key Responsibilities
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and highly available platform infrastructure across multiple regions.
• Lead the design and automation of infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, GitOps, and ArgoCD.
• Oversee the deployment and scaling of AWS EKS clusters, Kafka pipelines, and distributed data stores like Cassandra and MongoDB.
• Establish zero-downtime CI/CD processes and operational excellence practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Fabric engineers.
• Collaborate with performance, security, and application teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance.
• Drive infrastructure cost optimization while maintaining high performance and availability.

Required Skills 
• 12+ years in software/platform engineering with at least 5 years in cloud-native architecture.
• Deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), GitOps, ArgoCD, Terraform.
• Strong production experience with Kafka, Cassandra, MongoDB.
• Proven track record in multi-tenant SaaS and distributed system design.
• Strong knowledge of zero-downtime CI/CD and observability practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, architectural, and leadership abilities.
