Key Responsibilities
• Lead the squad’s delivery of cloud infrastructure and platform services.
• Build, configure, and optimize AWS EKS, Kafka, Cassandra, and MongoDB environments.
• Implement GitOps pipelines and Terraform-based infrastructure automation.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure technical alignment within the team.
• Work closely with other squads and leadership to integrate platform services seamlessly.

Required Skills
• 8–10 years of experience in cloud engineering and platform development.
• Strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), GitOps, ArgoCD, Terraform.
• Production experience with Kafka, Cassandra, and MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of distributed system scalability and performance tuning.
• Ability to lead and deliver projects on time with high quality.
