Role Overview:

As the Talent Management lead at InfraCloud Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's talent management strategies. Your focus will be on ensuring effective goal setting, fostering a culture of continuous feedback, and building a robust mentorship program that aligns with our company values and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Goal Setting and Management:

  • Drive goal setting processes: Collaborate with leadership and team leads to establish and enforce SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals across the organisation.

  • Quality assurance of goal setting: Ensure the quality of goals set by employees aligns with organisational objectives, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

  • Monitoring and evaluation: Regularly review and evaluate the effectiveness of goals, making adjustments as necessary to respond to changing business needs or performance insights.

  • Coverage assurance: Ensure a high percentage of goal-setting coverage across the organization, supporting all employees in aligning their objectives with company goals.

2. Feedback Culture:

  • Promote and reinforce the feedback framework: Establish and promote a structured feedback framework that encourages timely, constructive, and developmental feedback across all levels of the organisation.

  • Training and support: Provide training and resources to managers and employees on delivering and receiving feedback effectively, focusing on growth and continuous improvement.

  • Feedback monitoring: Monitor the implementation of feedback processes, ensuring they are consistently applied and contribute to personal and professional development.

3. Mentorship Culture:

  • Mentorship program implementation: Design and implement a comprehensive mentorship program that supports employee growth, skill development, and career advancement.

  • Mentorship matching: Support the function leads with  effective mentor-mentee pairings, ensuring alignment with career goals, learning needs, and organizational objectives.

  • Program evaluation: Regularly assess the effectiveness of the mentorship program, gathering feedback from participants and making improvements to enhance its impact.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR or People Operations, with a focus on goal setting, feedback management, and mentorship programs.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

  • Skills: Strong understanding of SMART goals, performance management, feedback systems, and mentorship development.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to influence and drive change across an organization.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage employees at all levels.
