We are looking for a Customer Facing Solutions Architect, who will help us to expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and present cloud-native solutions to customers

• Create rapid prototypes to demonstrate proposed solutions

• Develop complex technical proposals

• Collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in solution architect or related technical roles

• Experience in pre-sales activities and supporting sales cycles

• Proven ability to create and present technical solutions to clients

• Experience writing and delivering complex proposals

• Ability to articulate technical solutions in business terms

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Extensive knowledge of cloud-native technologies: • Kubernetes • CI/CD pipelines • GitOps • DevSecOps • Service mesh (e.g., Istio) • Container orchestration • Microservices architecture

• Expertise in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• In-depth understanding of cloud services, including compute, storage, networking, and security

• Proficiency with cloud-native tooling - Docker, Terraform, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, Jenkins, ArgoCD

• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of cloud-native applications

• Hands-on experience with at least one programming language, preferably Python or Go

• Strong understanding of software architectures and product engineering

• Strong understanding of various software architectures (monolithic, microservices, serverless)

• Experience with API design and management

• Knowledge of design patterns and best practices in software development

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications in cloud technologies

• Experience with multiple cloud platforms

• Background in software development or engineering
